Silverhill is located in the vicinity of the Silver Lake at Na Jomtien, in the south of the resort town of Pattaya and north of the fishing village of Sattahip. By car you can reach Pattaya in about twenty minutes, to Sattahip it will take only fifteen. You are only four kilometres away from highway 331 which takes you to the international airport Suvarnabhumi (75 min.) and Bangkok (90 min.)

Construction Description

Buying a house in Thailand is not an easy decision. What is your idea of a dream house? At Silverhill we do everything to make your wishes come true. Our only requests are that all houses have only one floor and their flat roofs are planted with greeneries. All villas will be built according to YOUR specific wishes.

Silverhill Residence will pamper you with a wide range of services, so you can forget your little day-to-day worries. We will also take care of all administrative matters such as dealings with the authorities or at least be able to lend a helping hand.
At the same time we want to help you to get to know Thailand and its customs.

Silverhill-Residence is capable of fulfilling all the needs of its clientele. The standard of fittings and fixtures will be discussed with every individual resident. This fact makes it a little difficult to quote exact prices in advance, but to give you a general idea we can say that our villas range in price starts from 14 million Baht, including the land.
