Buying a house in Thailand is not an easy decision. What is your idea of a dream house? At Silverhill we do everything to make your wishes come true. Our only requests are that all houses have only one floor and their flat roofs are planted with greeneries. All villas will be built according to YOUR specific wishes.
Concept of the villas
Our villas invites you to spend your days outdoors. The windows of the kitchen/dining area can be opened across the entire front. In connection with the large veranda this will create a huge living area
The airy and well lit rooms are there to be enjoyed all day long.
You will love cooking in the open kitchen with the central 'cooking island'. You will never again feel lonely in the kitchen while your friends wait for you in the dining room. You'll be in constant contact with your guests, or better still, you can invite them to help you cook.
But as we said, these are just ideas. All villas will be built according to your specific wishes.
Standard of fittings for all Silverhill villas
- Kitchen: All appliances from European manufacturers. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooking stove, steam extractor.
- House automation. With the scenario switches you can choose with the push of a single button, which lights you wish to come on. For example you can choose that when you come home, the inside lights, the veranda light, the pool light and the garden lights as well as the fans in the living room are turned on. That’s a nice homecoming isn’t it? When you go to bed you can switch off all electrical lights and gadgets by pressing one single button. All these functions can also be executed via smart phone or tablet.
- Airconditioning: All indoor rooms are fitted with Daikin ceiling airconditioners.
- Lighting: All rooms are fitted with energy saving LED downlights
- Alarm system: All outside doors and windows are secured by an alarm system. An emergency-call switch can be installed in every bedroom. The alarm call will be passed on to our security guards.
- Intercom: A monitor will allow you to recognize your visitors already at the entrance to the village. You open the gate by pushing a button in your own home. In this way we make sure that no unauthorized persons gain entry to Silverhill.
- Saltwater infinity pool: The saltwater-chlorinator reduces the use of chemicals to a minimum. The water is very soft and one can swim without getting red eyes.
- Watering of the garden: The Rainbird sprinkler system will eliminate that chore. On rainy days a rain-sensor automatically cuts off the sprinklers.
